Merchant Sentinel continuously monitors your merchants, detects compliance violations across their catalog and public footprint, and archives defensible evidence before regulators, banks, or card networks find it.
No credit card · First scan on us · Report in 4–15 minutes.
Payment platforms inherit every decision their merchants make. Often months after the fact.
A clean catalog at onboarding drifts over weeks. New SKUs appear, disclaimers disappear. Static KYB doesn't notice.
FDA, FTC, Visa VIRP, Mastercard MMP. Exposure accumulates while your portfolio runs unsupervised.
A human takes 45 minutes per merchant and still misses abbreviations, mirror sites, and deep-web signals.
Terminated after the fact. Site still active days later. No archived evidence, no early signal. Audited retroactively, once the damage was done.
Timestamps, source URLs, and hashes are sealed per scan: reproducible, defensible, filed per merchant.
Merchant Sentinel spans the full lifecycle, from the day you underwrite to the day you prove you did it right.
Catalog, content pages, social footprint, affiliates, hidden shadow domains. Surfaced in one pass.
KYB signals, ownership, activity confirmation, legitimacy checks against stated line of business.
Every 14 days, every merchant, every change. Scheduled scans, daily dispatch, weekly digest.
Keyword drift, variant spellings, external research signals, checkout anomalies, linked networks.
Timestamped screenshots, source citations, PDF reports: defensible due diligence, filed per merchant.
Category-aware keywords, rules, and prompts. The same pipeline scans a SaaS vendor and a peptide lab, with category-specific intelligence.
Placeholder: replace with a real product screenshot.
Compliance monitoring is insurance you actually use. Every 14 days, per merchant, automatically.
Per merchant, per month of non-compliance. Escalates to portfolio-level program penalties.
Per merchant, per cycle. An automated scan finishes in 4–15 min and archives its own evidence.
Violation detection rate versus a manual reviewer in our pilot audit (10 merchants, Feb 2026).
Most "compliance" tools stop at onboarding. Merchant Sentinel runs a full pipeline (catalog, AI, browser, external research, evidence) on every merchant, every cycle.

A full compliance scan takes 4–15 minutes and bundles AI analysis, browser automation, external research, and evidence archiving. You pay for outcomes, not usage meters.
Pricing depends on whether you're monitoring your own sites or auditing third-party merchants.
KYB tools verify identity at onboarding. Merchant Sentinel re-scans catalogs, pages, and public signals every 14 days to catch drift that KYB never sees. It complements KYB; it doesn't replace it.
A full scan runs a multi-stage pipeline: catalog collection, fuzzy keyword detection with typo tolerance, AI analysis of matches, screenshot capture of flagged pages, external research across multiple sources, content filtering, compliance scoring, and evidence archiving. Each merchant takes 4–15 minutes.
The cost of a scan depends on your subscription plan. Each scan uses 10 credits, and the dollar value of those credits varies by plan. For example, on the $79 monthly plan, one scan costs approximately $20, while on the $207 quarterly plan, the same scan costs approximately $13. Please refer to our pricing table for the latest details.
Categories are configurable per tenant. The default Research Peptides category covers regulated substances and their common abbreviations and misspellings. Global rules cover cannabis, IPTV, counterfeit goods, and weapons across every category. New verticals can be added without code changes.
Every tenant-scoped table (merchants, scans, alerts, reports, users) has a tenant_id column. Every API route filters by the tenant_id extracted from the JWT. Super admins cannot read tenant data without explicit impersonation, which is logged, time-boxed to 1 hour, and surfaces an amber banner in the UI.
Yes. A public machine API authenticated with HMAC-signed keys lets your processor trigger scans, read alerts, and manage merchants from your own admin. Rate-limited, audited, and documented. One key per tenant; data never crosses between PSPs.
Every scan archives: timestamped screenshots for every page visited, raw catalog and content data, the full external-research report with source citations, and the rule-level scoring breakdown. PDFs are generated per scan. This is what you hand to a regulator, a sponsor bank, or a card network.
Create your account, add your first merchant, and get a full compliance score in under 15 minutes: flagged findings, evidence archive, and a PDF you could hand to Visa. No credit card, no integration.
